CAD and CONSTRUCTION

Final decisions and improvements were made from what we learned after the critical function prototype. Our design was created in CAD and reviewed. The next step was to gather necessary materials and begin construction. To fully demonstrate the installation and 1:1 scale of our product, it was decided to make a section of an actualy roof and ceiling. The structure included a 45 degree roof with rafters and joists that were 24" apart. The room was scaled down to just above 3'.
